On October 2nd:
If you are taking the shuttle from the Aristocrat, please meet in front of the hotel at 3:00pm.
If you drive yourself, arrive at the venue between 3:30 and 3:45pm.
Wedding Day Shuttle Information
Shuttles from the Aristocrat Hotel
If you are staying at the Aristocrat Hotel, we suggest taking our wedding shuttles to and from the venue. Please meet in front of the hotel lobby promptly at 3:00 pm on Saturday for the shuttle. There will be periodic return shuttles to the hotel starting at 10:00 pm.
Shuttles at the Venue
If you are driving yourself to and from our wedding, please arrive between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm. You will enter the ranch's "red gate" and drive a short way along the road until you reach our valet. They will park your car, and you can get in line to take a shuttle up to our ceremony and reception location. These shuttles will return back down the hill to your cars beginning at 10:00 pm. If you need to leave earlier, we will have alternate transportation available to bring you to your car.

The attire is Black Tie Optional, Jubilantly Formal! That means long or tea length dresses, and tuxes or suits.

Please note that the wedding is outside, and while the land is flat, it may be uneven in some areas, so if you want to wear heels please wear either block heels or wedges.
Also, while we expect the weather to be lovely during the daylight and we have heat for the tent, it may get a bit chilly as the sun goes down, so bring a coat, shawl, etc. to keep you warm.
